Stephanie is the person responsible for the financial side of the business, ensuring budgets are set (and kept!), invoices are paid as well as collected. In effect, any paperwork that contains a single number on it gets added to the pile on her desk- not a responsibility the rest of the team would like to deal with! "My day involves sifting through the paperwork that the rest of the guys pile on my desk, and ensuring the business is operating smoothly. I mainly hold the purse-strings and ensure everything is on budget (because no one else would want that responsibility), as well as playing 'bad cop' when we have to chase outstanding invoices."

When it comes to coding, programming and development of websites, applications or e-com­merce platforms, Baljinder is the man for the job. If it's technical ... it's handed to Baljinder. If it's broken ... it's handed to Baljinder. If it needs upgrading ... yep you guessed it, it's handed to Baijinder. Anything to do with whizzy techno doodahs, especially when it comes to servers, hosting, and applications are dealt with by this genius. "I am always happy about managing multiple complex projects - whether upgrading client servers, playing with new security features, or testing out new applications that can help clients in future."

James is usually the man on the end of the phone, on the website LiveChat, or when you email into the office. He works with clients to discuss their plans and goals, then sets in motion how to make it all happen - whether it's a straightforward PR project, a new E-commerce website, a design campaign, or a full-scale marketing campaign involving several elements. "I usually work quite closely with our clients, from start to finish, ensuring the project is evolving effectively. I have one of the best jobs at the agency as it involves speaking a lot (to clients, of course), and managing their high expectations throughout a mixture of diffe­rent campaigns - this helps make each day so different and exciting."

Nick is the person responsible for not only creating highly customised and functional websites, but he also does it with flair! We're very lucky to have a guy who is not only a geek when it comes to highly effective programming, but who has a design background too, ensuring that client websites (and the Marketing Empire one), looks and functions superbly ... "My career has pushed me down the line of designing beautiful 'static' websites for 4 years, until I took several programming courses to help develop me further into custom CMS websites, giving clients far greater flexibility and functionality. So combining my 'design' background with my more recent improved programming abilities, I work with each client to ensure their site is super-duper, better than their competitors (I would say that!), and in many cases exceeding their requirements."

Deren is the overall project manager for the team, as well as being the 'face' of the brand. His responsibilities include meeting with clients, understanding clients' goals and ensuring that projects are undertaken smoothly and effectively by the rest of the team. Deren's core specia­lity is Public Relations, helping gain strong attention for clients, developing branding and growth through the power of media relations. He also helps run the 'Customer Care' side of the business, due to enjoying the constant client interaction.
