Q) Can I just have single sided printing?
-You can upload one file for single sided printing after the checkout process, however, in most cases there is no cost reduction for this...it's usually beneficial to simply put a motto or logo on the reverse rather than just leaving it blank.

Q) I've found a price cheaper from another supplier, can you beat it?
-Yes! We have a unique "price-beat policy" in place - email us the quote from the other supplier (or a link to their web price), and as long as it is a like-for-like quote, we will beat it. Q) Can I have my artwork professionally designed by Marketing Empire?
-No problem at all! In the dropdown box on this page, simply select to have your designs produced by our Team (additional charge). after the checkout, email us with your order number, and the specifications for your designs, and we will work with you to ensure you are 100% happy with the designs before we go to print. Cost includes unlimited revisions until you are fully satisfied with the final designs.

Q) Can I have the products finished (i.e. folding, lamination, Spot UV, foil, emboss etc)?
-Yes absolutely. There are additional costs for these print finishing options, so please contact us with your exact requirements, and our Team will provide you with a very competitive quote. Visit the CONTACT page and request a quote.

Q) Is it possible to have the delivery with me for an urgent deadline?
-Before placing your order, please get in touch with the Team to see if this is possible. During busy periods especially, we cannot always meet urgent deadlines, but we will let you know of this prior to you placing your order.

Q) How can I get updates on the status of my order?
- You will be sent automated emails at each stage of your order (confirmation, design approval, printing, dispatch), and these will be sent to the email address that you registered online with when ordering. You can also log in to your online account to view the status of each order, as well as view details on your account. We like to keep our clients "in-the-know" at all times.

Q) Can I see some samples of products before ordering?
- Yes! In fact, we recommend it. Contact us with your Name, Full Address, and the samples you'd like to be sent - we'll get them out in the post first class for you so you can see the amazing quality we produce...before paying a penny!

Q) I'm a Trade client and would like to pay trade prices, how is this possible?
- Simply join our incredible Print Reseller Scheme. You can start ordering trade printing as soon as you join up, meaning you can pay trade prices on all print products on this website, and have products delivered to you or direct to your clients, unbranded.
